After placing an order through our shop, you will receive an order confirmation email with the following information: the items ordered, receipt, delivery address, the chosen shipping method, the payment method, and your contact details.

Please check if all details are correct. If you need to change any details, contact us as soon as possible by e-mail, via the contact form, or by phone.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, and the shipment tracking number of your order in a separate e-mail.

If the product/s you ordered is not available in stock, you will receive an email with an updated delivery date.

To cancel or change an order, please contact us by e-mail, via the contact form, or by phone, with the order number.
